Stopped working on Edge since 01/09/26 it just doesnt show up on YouTube UI even when active, and if clicked on extension, redirects to a useless page

I've been using this tool for a while but their upsell is getting aggressive ...limited to 1 transcript per day...there are several other extensions/tools that do the same. Their Pro prices are extremely expensive compared to others as well.

Invasive. Can't get it out of my sidebar and now it takes up a third of my screen. Extension icon has no disable (on-off). It does basically work (some bugs but that's okay), but the interface is a) confusing, and b) invasive (takes over my space, can't close it or turn it on/off when needed and not needed). Couldn't get this clunky invasive mess off my system fast enough.

NOT FREE, You can claim it is as long as you want as a reply. And dont play with words, it's FREEMIUM AT BEST, AND REQUIRE AN ACCOUNT. And honestly it's missing the MOST IMPORTANT FEATURE for a summarizer : Clickable Timestamp. The funniest thing is : it's available in the Transcribe Tab, not the summary one. I understand people need to make money, but extensions like this dont even do the summary themselves, it's done by the user's Web App of choice, gpt claude etc. And limiting it to 3 Summary per day after logging in scrapping the data and doing who knows what with it. So if anyone find a good extension that does theses basic thing, incredible i cant find a good one. PLEASE RESPOND TO THIS REVIEW: NEVERMIND YOU CANT EVEN COMMENT ON ANOTHER USERS REVIEW :/ FREE, NOT FREEMIUM, NO ACCOUNT SIGNUP. Use web app, no API. Display on the side of a youtube page. Display the Summary, with clickable timestamp. I WOULD BE SO COMTEMPT WITH JUST THAT. Bonus : -Change prompt with no hidden prompt pushing you to some website. -Show full transcript, with button to focus on current video time / Auto scroll ?

I’ve been using this mainly for longer YouTube videos where I don’t want to sit through the whole thing just to find the key points. The summaries are usually clear, and I like that I can quickly check the transcript when I need more context. It’s not perfect every single time, but it saves me a lot of time and makes research much easier. Simple, practical, and actually useful.

The tool works well sometimes. But, I'm noticing that it's getting transcription wrong for videos. So you have to pay close attention to whether it's getting it right. However, the Glasp tool here https://glasp.co/reader?media=youtube seems to get it right every time. From now on I just use this instead of the youtube widget.

Broken for about a week now. Latest YouTube GUI changes have broken your tool. It put the Tool bar to the left on the video and if you click it - it just clicks through and the click registers on the video like the tool bar isn't even there. Needs and update.

Quick and easy. Hour long videos, and non-English words pose a challenge when summarizing. However, it is good enough.

Not working anymore, transcript is generated but when you click on summary, then it will direct you to Open Ai but won't summarize it
